Application procedure: The University Prospectus containing application form and other details are available at Reception cum Enquiry Office (Administrative Block) on payment of Rs. 600/- (Rs. 150/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana). The same can be obtained by post upto 20.6.2009 by sending Demand Draft of Rs. 650/- (Rs. 200/- in case of SC/ BC candidates of Haryana) in favour of Registrar of the University payable at SBI, Sonepat.
Application form and other details are also available on the University website www.dcrustm.ac.in . Such candidates who download the application form, must attach a Bank Draft of Rs. Rs. 600/- (Rs. 150/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana) in favour of Registrar of the University payable at SBI, Sonepat.
Application form complete in all respects must reach the Chairperson of the department concerned by 30.6.2009 upto 5.00 p.m. Incomplete applications or those received after the last date shall not be entertained and shall be summarily rejected.

Note : * Admission to B. Tech. Courses will be made by Haryana State Counseling Society (HSCS) (website www.hscs.org and www.techeduhry.nic.in) through online counseling on the basis of Merit of AIEEE. Similarly, MBA (General) will also be made by the HSCS through on line counseling on the basis of MAT Score.
